She Should Run is a nonpartisan nonprofit promoting leadership and encouraging women from all walks of life to run for public office. We are driven by a vision of seeing 250,000 women run for office by 2030.
We can’t expect to achieve the best policies when nearly half the population is shut out from policymaking. And we won’t reach equal representation in our lifetime unless a pipeline of hundreds of thousands more women who don’t currently see their place in political leadership begin to see it as a possibility. Our tools, resources, and programs demystify the myths around running for office which allows women to see the many pathways to political leadership.
